Pool deck and pergola rebuilt to permit
The original structure was unsafe and built without permits, so we dismantled it and rebuilt properly — spotted gum, recycled posts and insulated roof panels.
We completed this pool deck surrounded by lush palms, using spotted gum decking, recycled timber posts, insulated roof panels and wire balustrade.
The original deck and pergola was built by a handyman who had all good intentions, however the structure was very unsturdy and unsafe and built without the required permits. We dismantled it and went through all the requirements to build a whole new deck and pergola.
Our clients now have a structure that can be used safely and legally. It's a fantastic area for any time of the year, overlooking the pool and lush tropical gardens.
