We are a licensed building company that came up through carpentry, which means we take the small jobs seriously and the big ones personally. Everything below is built by our own people across Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Burrum Heads, River Heads and the wider Fraser Coast.

Full custom builds across the Fraser Coast. We work with your plans or bring in our own designer, then build it under a fixed-price QBCC contract with Chris on site. Orientation for the Queensland sun, cross-ventilation that works without the air-con on, and eaves deep enough to matter in February.

Three generations, one title, and everyone still has a door they can shut.
Self-contained additions, attached and detached secondary dwellings, and whole-home layouts designed so ageing parents or adult kids have genuine independence — separate entry, own living space, own bathroom — without being shunted to the back of the block. This is the work the tagline is about.

Where the Queensland half of the house actually happens.
Spotted gum and recycled hardwood decking, covered patios, outdoor kitchens and screening. Built to take a wet season and twenty Christmases. This is where the business started and we still take it personally.

A considered, semi-standardised range of backyard buildings — designed once, properly, so you get architectural detail without the architectural timeline. Four facades, three specification levels, and a selections process you drive yourself.
