Termite-damaged framing rebuilt
Internal walls built in untreated timber had been eaten out. We stripped the affected framing, rebuilt it in the right timber, and divided the downstairs into usable rooms.
After the discovery of nasty termite damage to these internal walls, which had been built with untreated timber, we removed the affected frame and rebuilt with the right framing timber.
We added some new walls, making use of the downstairs space by dividing the area into separate rooms. Whether it ends up as another bedroom or a very good retreat, it's a great way to increase the equity in your home.
What went into it
