Deck rebuilt after premature structural failure
The wrong timber and inadequate joist protection had caused this deck to fail early. Rebuilt on H3-treated LVLs with the correct protection and fresh Merbau.
This client's deck had seen better days. The wrong timber, along with inadequate joist protection, caused a premature failure. To be honest, they are lucky we got to it when we did.
New H3-treated LVLs, the correct joist protection and some fresh Merbau decking, and it's built how it should have been.
